Charlotte – NC. En el mes de Abril La Coalición Latinoamericana llevó a cabo el evento Sembrando el Futuro auspiciado por Λ Я B O L eɑtery  en alianza con Lowe’s Home Improvement, dónde los asistentes recibieron asesoramiento para elaborar su propio huerto.

La iniciativa del proyecto surgió desde la necesidad de impactar de manera positiva, en el  desarrollo de la comunidad latina. Con la llegada de la primavera La Coalición Latinoamericana junto a sus aliados, compartieron conocimiento y energía para enseñarles a niños y adultos, como empezar su propio huerto, con semillas, hierbas y flores.

La Coordinadora de Subsidios y Membresías de La Coalición Latinoamericana, Sorayda Diaz, ofreció detalles del evento "Sembrando el Futuro es un proyecto que se hizo en alianza con @arbol_eatery y @loweshomeimprovement con la intención de ofrecer un taller para la comunidad latina, en el que se les inculcara la importancia de cuidar el medio ambiente y de ayudarles a crear sus propios huertos en casa" expresó Diaz. 

La Coalición Latinoamericana tiene como propósito unir a la comunidad de inmigrantes con Sembrando el Futuro proyecto que impulsará a las nuevas generaciones a cuidar las plantas y el medio ambiente.
